• Products priced at $200 or less may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• To initiate a return, contact customerservice@projectjuiceboxx.com  for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 

• 5.3 Return Process:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days - 10 days of receiving the returned Product. 

• 5.4 Non-Returnable Items: In addition to items over $200, the following are non-returnable: personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. 

• 5.5 Defective or Incorrect Items: If a Product is defective or incorrect, contact us within  7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, regardless of the Product’s price, at our discretion.
